This is a lovely vintage ring, which is set with 3 graduated garnets and four little opals. The central garnet has a diameter of 4mm, the two outer ones measure 3mm across. The opals are round and have a diameter of 2mm each. They look to be Coober Pedy opals and have a general appearance of light blue with pin-prick fire of green and pink. The metal is 9 carat gold with attractive scroll work above and below the stones and on the shoulders. The inside is hallmarked for London 1979. The ring is relatively tight, only size K, which will fit a lady with slim fingers. Everything is in fine condition.
